Ultimate Survival of the Fittest Workout
With the following
workout you will achieve muscular power, strength and endurance when
used regularly in a circuit based routine. The exercises provided can
be used anywhere by anyone not just in the gym.
The leg strengthening exercises will increase your running efficiency.
The core exercises will build a strong trunk and will help slow fatigue and keep correct running technique.
Each Exercise should be performed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds rest.
Repeat this circuit twice a week and twice in each session:
- Leopard crawl
- Squat with leg raise
- Glute raise
- Plank to press up
- Squat jumps
- Cliff Scale
- Calf raises off box
- Abdominal bicycle
