I first started training just before I started college. Throughout my college years I stayed consistent with my training and started to attend fitness classes. With the help of the gym staff I started to gain more of an interest in health and fitness. I began doing some of my own research and studying at home, and eventually decided to take my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification. I undertook my studies part time whilst working full time as a lifeguard, so I could gain some experience in the leisure industry. Following successful completion of my course, I furthered my experience in the gym completing certifications in kettlebell and suspension training, as well as nutrition. Once I became comfortable working in a gym environment, I took the next step and completed my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

I am now working full time as a fitness instructor, and I plan to carry on expanding my knowledge and gaining even more experience. Part of gaining more experience means working with more clients, so feel free to approach me in the gym to discuss any queries regarding your training and nutrition.
