Our teamWe aim to create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for all. Our team are central to this. Our fitness team are on hand to guide you, answer any questions you may have, offer nutiritional advice, tips and tricks to take home and most of all cheer you on. And as well as being friendly and welcoming, every member of our Fitness Team has a nationally recognised fitness qualification, so you can rest assured you’re in safe hands.
Unlimited fitness programmingOur fully qualified fitness instructors are available for fitness programming, they will asses your neads and goals and design a workout programme tailored to help you get there. We recommend re-booking a programme session at least every 4 weeks.
Monthly ChallengesEach month we post a new challenge on the gym floor. The challenges are designed to train different disciplines and areas of the body. We find that participation from our members and the team creates a motivational atmosphere. You can also earn all important AMPs when taking part in challenges.
