Rochdale Hockey Club includes Men's 1st team, Men's 2nd team, Women's and junior teams. The club also provides coaching for juniors by qualified staff and is the perfect chance to learn or enhance your Hockey skills.

Rochdale Junior Netball Club was established in 1992 and welcomes players from anywhere in the Greater Manchester area. Teams range from under 9's to under 20's. They have 12 teams playing in the Greater Manchester League and the under 15's, 16's, 18's, 19's and 20's teams play in the Bury and Rochdale ladies leagues. The club is committed to the All England Action Planning Scheme (CAPS) which is an accredited scheme to monitor and increase player, coach, and umpire and club development. Here at OHLC, the club hold year 3/5 and 5/6 development squads.

A friendly club for all family members, providing instruction and tuition in all aspects of the sport, equipment selection, skills and tactics and match practice. Open to all levels of skill; from beginner through experienced, to international. Its great fun and easy to join and get going, whether you are junior or adult, you just take it at your own pace. We are currently recruiting new members and have equipment available for new starters, just bring your cossie and towel! We have Junior and Adult sections, so you can start at all ages. New starters should be able to swim 2 lengths of the pool, have water confidence and be happy holding their breath underwater.

Bury Canoe & Kayak club is at Burrs Country Park in Bury spring to autumn, and Oulder Hill Leisure Complex during the winter. The club welcomes members and non-members of all ages and levels of ability. The pool sessions in winter are fantastic for beginners to develop foundation skills. The club has dedicated coaches and will teach anybody who wants to learn new skills, however youths should be accompanied by an adult. The club also has a good social side that includes biannual bunkhouse trips, regular river trips (at all levels), and BBQ's and camping trips.

Aquabears Swimming club was formed in 1979 in response to the need for high level competitive club and as a local centre of Excellence in Rochdale. The club has had many successful years with a number of their swimmers achieving international success.
Aquabears train saturday 12pm-2pm and Sunday 12.30pm-2pm.
